New video export modal

Video export now opens in a dedicated modal the moment you start rendering. You get a live progress indicator, a scene preview, and a Cancel button at any time.
When encoding finishes, the modal switches to a completed state with all the details. MP4 and WebM exports also play back right in the modal, so you can review the result before downloading.
