Dashboard thumbnails and other improvements

In our last release of 2021, we’re delivering some new dashboard and Morflax things app improvements. Profile avatar, thumbnails and shortcuts.
What's new:
- Project thumbnails will now be added to all newly saved projects
- You can now change your profile avatar
- Morflax things app now have shortcuts
